Determination of storage abilities of potato cultivars in natural cave stores in Nevsehir region

Studies to determine the storage abilities of seven potato cultivars were carried out in natural cave stores of Nevsehir region central Anatolia, between 1993-1996. Individual and combined analyses by years revealed that CV Granola, with minimum storage loss, performed best among others while losses of CV's Ausonia and Asterix were the highest, on the other hand, they ranked firstly in terms of the percent increase of the tuber dry matter content after storage.
