Technological procedure of sunflower seed admixtures processing into animal feed

The main chemico-nutritive and physical properties of energy-protein feed obtained by sunflower see admixtures processing are presented in this paper. This is upgraded by adding by-products from food industry. Chemical properties of admixtures show that they contain significant amounts of fat, protein, crude fibre and N-free extract and low bulk density that is nutritively very positive, but from the technological point of view is unfavourable. Because of that the feed upgraded by adding by-products from food industry and also by pelleting. In this way the feed of uniform quality and better nutritive and physical properties is obtained and it can be used in feed industry
