[Nitrogen fertilizer influence on technological quality of sugarbeet]

The nitrate fertilizer increases the production of thesugar-beet and damages the technological quality. The influence of root production is more vigorous that the influence of root quality up to the rate of 180 kg/he N. Application of nitrate with higher rates increases the negative effect on root quality in consequence, it is the sugar white production which reaches the higher cipher (104,17 kv/he) at V5 (N180 P90 K90).
