The connections between peculiarity of the structure of humus components and their thermooxidation stability have been investigated to define the functions of humus compounds in the formation of the soil microstructire. The defects of the extraction methods and the limitations in the thermal analysis are avoided by comparative analysis of light grey forest soil, leached smolnitza and coal. The proposed fractional scheme gives an information on the behaviour and structural featyres of the groups of the humus substancas in the soil and carbon content and the oxidation state of the different fractions by analysis of samples in their native state. The analysis during the destruction reduce the risk of changes in their native state and create a possibility for application of the data to solve the problems on soil nutritive regime and their contamination.
