The study comprises data on 20 Black-and-White calves split into two groups and recorded during 74 days period.Animals from the control group were fed with 43.5% corn silage and 54.2% corn and corn oil meal.Calves from the experimental group were given the same silage level, whilst the concentrates are changed by 52.4% corn gluten feed (CGF).The high level of CGF in corn silage feeding diets, not only reduces the weight gain, but also leads to increase of the expenses of feed conversion gain ratio.
