Various indicators, concerning soil and plants changes, have been rendered an account of. The present report deals with interpreting the results of the investigation of soil's microbiologycal activity during the two crop-rotations by means of ammoniacal bacteria, actinomyces and nitrogen-assimilation bacteria, fungi, microorganisms decomposing cellular tissue and azotobacters from soil samples in 0-30 cm depth of soil, which had been taken before sowing and after harvesting. Activation of benefical microflora as well as microbiological activity deterioration have both been determined depending on fertilization and also on the type of staples and the companion crop. The presowing soil treatment for the staples and the catch crops has also proved its impact in this respect.
