The pathomorphology of the diseases of the calves under one month of age

The paper presents the results of 27 calves dissections, histological and laboratory analyses of this pathological material. Escherichia coli, Salmonella dublin, Strptococcus spp., Adenovirus, Rotavirus and Bovine Respiratory-Syncytialvirus were isolated in the bacteriological and virological investigation in the organs of 20 calves. Histological methods were used to find out the pathomorfological changes in lungs, liver, kidneys, intestines, spleen and mesenteric lymph nodes. Inflammation in abomasum occured in 11 calves, inflammation of intestines in 19 calves. In 16 calves was identified pneumonia
