A trial was carried out to determine the efficiency of home-grown sweet lupine meal in the diets to growing-finishing pigs. The replacement of soybean and sunflower oil-meals by 10 to 15 (first fattening stage) and by 15 to 20 (second stage) of lupine meal in the diets for pigs had no significant influence on the growth rate and feed intake of pigs (P0.5). 15 to 20 of lupine meal did not affect the carcass quality, physicochemical indicators of meat and fat (P0.1-0.5). The recomended level of lupine meal in the diets for growing pigs (under 60 kg weight) is 15 and in the diets finishing pigs (over 60 kg weight) is 20.
