The use of feed acidifiers Bolifor Fa 2000 and Salkil in feed of layers and broilers

The inclusion of organic acids in the ration can reduce scours and increase proteolysis, leading to improved performance. In two feeding experiments with Lohmann Brown layers and Hybro-N broilers the feeding with basic ration and feed acidifiers was carried out. The feed acidifer Bolifor FA 2000 was used by 1 % content but that of - 0.4 % in poultry diets. All birds were bred in cages. Accounting data: depletion %, body weight, fed comsuption, lay %, eggs weight, etc. Feed acidifiers Bolifor FA 2000 and Salkil significantly (p0.001) increased broilers productivity but it can't be attributed to the productivity of layers.
