Ecological and landscape aspects in transformation of spatial structure of rural areas

The paper discusses the main solutions of a general plan of land consolidation, that are to respect ecological and landscape aspects. The authors present the thesis that increase of production as well as environment protection that ensures harmonic development of ecological systems should be considered as equal objectives of the land consolidation processes. As a result of meeting such assumptions, it has been proposed to approach systematically the land consolidation process with respect to ecological and landscape aspects
