The beer fermentation process with the application of 4 tribes of the dried top fermentation yeast was presented. The great fermentation power of yeast tribes being tested was confirmed. The organoleptical characteristic of beer where yeast were used got high recommendation. The content of the by-product during fermentation in samples being analysed were comparable to the typical its content in the top fermented beer
