The research intended to estimate the changes of soil properties under multi-annual irrigation of municipal wastewaters on the irrigated fields in Wroclaw-Osobowice. Top horizins of researched soils contain high content of organic matter. Below the depth of about 40-50 cm humus content was no higher than 0.5 percent. Investigated soils were characterized by higher content of available forms of P, Mg and other nutrient elements. Wastewater irrigation has an effect on high saturation of CEC by alkalic exchangeable cations, especially Ca2+ and Mg2+, that positively affects soil reaction and structure. In consequence of heavy metals content in municipal wastewaters their concentration increases in top (humus) horizins of irrigated soils. Especially Zn concentration considerably exceeds norms of soil contamination
