Some new elements of water resources utilization and protection based on the system technology of American Design "Future Water International" are presented in the paper against a background of the map of land agricultural capability units. Instead of draining the pollutants containing wastewater into the river, the method involves agricultural utilization of nutrients by means of watering the soils with biologically pretreated wastewater collected in the storage reservoirs.
