Gene Transfer to Eucalypt (Eucalyptus grandis x E. urophylla) through the Co-inoculation Approach

The aim of the present study is to develop an efficient co-inoculation protocol to transform Eucalyptus grandis x E. urophylla. This method takes advantage of the ability of some wild-type A. tumefaciens strains to induce shooty tumour as a natural form to regenerate plants.
