The study presents the first examinations of the heavy metals content in water, as a result of building the Sulina - Sf.Gheorghe littoral dam. The heavy metals content in water from the Sulina - Sf.Gheorghe littoral dam area is superior to maximum admissible limits generally, concerning the waterway chemistry. It is emphasizes the Cadmium higher values in the most analysed tests.
