The bioindication of selenium concentration was carried out in chosen regions of Poland on 61 livers of hares and 88 milk samples obtained from cows living in the same region as the hares. The experimental data were carried out using multidimensional statistic method - Principal Component Analysis. This method enabled to gain qualitatively new information in relation to forest ecosystem
