Trade credit structure and its transformation to bank credit

Legal commercial mode is irrecoverable in commercial communication. Unfavourable dimension is succeeded by illegal trade credit. Important notion is the transformation of trade credit to bank credit and draft discount and rediscount. The size of using drafts does not meet the requirement level for agricultural production. For example, in 1995 draft credit share represented 8.51% of credits. The highest share was 25% in 1997
