Determination of wine properties of clones from Semillon, Gamay, Papazkarasi, Clairette and Yapincak varieties in clan vineyard for comparation

This study was carried out to determine wine properties of twenty five clones from Yapincak, Papazkarasi, Gamay, Clairette and Semillon varieties which were in clonal selection and clon vineyard comparation stages. The clones which produce best quality wines were determined by chemical analyses and degustations of wines between 1987-1990. These clone numbers are 152 and 212 of Gamay, 27 and 175 of Semillon, 192 and 225 of Clairette, 289 of Papazkarasi, 27 and 175 of Yapincak
