Glutaraldehyde Coagulation test on determination of immunglobulin levels of calves healthy and with Septicemia neonatorum and comparison of the some tests

This study has been conducted on 82 calves, 20 clinically normal and 62 with septicemia neonatorum. The calves were divided 1-21 and 22-60 days age groups. The serums were obtained, GCT was comparated to ZnSo4. T.T., sodium Sulfite-Precipitation Test and Total Protein. GCT standardization was assessed with Ig G1 concentration measured by RID. In group I, GCT and ZnSO4 T.T. were significant between control and septicemia neonatorum groups (P0.01)
