[Substantiating and working out the process of dosing the mixed fodder in non-stop stream by the electro-acoustic method]

In the study the electroacoustic method is used which provides accuracy of expenditure of feeds and their even distribution. The study is based on the theory of spreading ultrasonic waves in inhomogenous capillar and pore medium. The electroacoustic properties of the mixed fodder are obtained for the first time, their action on the sounding process and dependence on environment parameters are stated. The model of the sounding the mixed fodder in the stream is worked out. The practical result of the study is in working out the method and technique for measuring feed consumption. The structural and principal schemes of the unit for measuring mixed fodder consumpion are developed. The unit was tested at the Kakhovka Mixed Fodder plant (Kherson region) and introduced into practice
