The connection between the seedborn fungal pathogens and the lenght of the growing season at rice was investigated. There is positive corelation between the attacking degree by seedborn pathogens (the genera Fusarium, Drechslera and Alternaria only) and the lenght of the growing season. The attacking degree by seedborn pathogens is defferent at genotypes with different orgin. The founded correlation dependence between the length of the growing season and the attacking degree may be used in forming the breeding ideal with a view to create the most suitable for our conditions cultivar.
