Enzyme polymorphism of ceruloplasmin (CP), amylase (AMY), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and of proteins haemoglobin (HB) and transferrin (TF) was determined for 126 Brown cows.Allelic and genotype frequencies were determined for the five polymorphic loci.A disturbance was found in genetic equilibrium in HB and TF loci.The highest probability for rejection of insignificant parentage was found for TF locus (25.34%) and the lowest - for AMY1 locus (10.79%).
