We cannot anticipate any significant growth on the market of the powders used for baking. According to the sales indicators there is a stagnation or rather a slight decrease on this market. The turnover is rapidly growing during the weeks before Christmas ans Easter, eventually doubling the maount sold. At the same time the processed pastry and bakery powders are less reactive to the seasons.
