The annual increase of the prices of the local red meat amounted to 14.5 and 14.2 for each of the mutton and beet respectively during the period through which this study is carried out. The resuts arrived at showed that the prices of the local red meat will be ID 30-231 for each kilogram of mutton and ID. 25-499 for each kilogram of beef in the year 2000 if no change in the factors determining these prices takes place.
