[Interrelation of some groups of microorganisms with immobilization ratios of soils nitrogen]

Aim of work is to determine interrelation of some groups of microorganisms with processes of immobilization and mineralization of soils nitrogen at placement of mineral fertilizers and their combinations with organic materials. It is established that in rice soils geterotrophic bacteria make a considerable share of microorganisms total biomass. Mineralization of organic substance is more expressed at fertilizing of soil with double superphosphate, nitrophos and in control without placement of additives: the process was correlated with high number of oligotrophic bacteria. At joint placement of lignin and straw with mineral fertilizers rates of organic substances mineralization of meadow-swamp soil substantially decreased. Organic fertilizers (lignin, rice straw) stimulated the process of biological immobilization of mineral nitrogen, direct correlation between immobilization ratio of nitrogen and increase of geterotrophic microorganisms was observed.
