[Lithuanian-bred trotter horse body measurements, their phenotype and genetic correlation coefficients]

Both body measurement phenotypes and genetic correlation coefficients were calculated for horses entered in the Lithuanian National Breed Registry. It was determined that Orlov Trotter stallions are of a larger body stature than the Russian Trotters. The Orlov Trotter body measurements showed dependable, large and positive phenotype correlation coefficients. Genetic correlation coefficients are positive and minor comparing the body measurements of both Trotter breeds
