[The complex of Raunis river bank outcrop deposits. Its structure and age]

The deposits between two Latvia's morains were founded in an outcrop on the right bank of the river Raunis in 1960. The geological layers of the intermorain deposits as well as the content of organic remains in them have been studied and are described in the given paper. The age of the deposits has been determined in several laboratories by means of the radio-carbon method. The colour and thickness of the upper and the lower morain as well as the composition, colour and thickness of sedimentary rocks have been studied. The obtained data are presented.
