The given investigation was carried out to determine the non-pasterized milk quality depending on its contemination with the enteroxins and antibodies of Staphylococcus aureus. The bacteria were detected and identified by several methods of biological milk investigation (API-STPH, ELISA, RPLA). The results of milk tests in the farms of Riga and Gulbene regions show that the tested milk quality is very low considering the requirements of the veterinary medicine and the sanitary hygiene; the milk has a high content of Staphylococus aurea antibodies.
