[Changes of summer wheat yield under the influence of nitrogen fertilizers, predecessors and soil factors]

The field trials with summer wheat "Munk" were carrried out in the Skriveri Research Centre of the Latvia University of Agriculture in 1999. The summer wheat were sowed in the twoo different kinds of soil - loam and sandy loam. The influence of predecessors - grain and potatoes on the efficiency of nitrogen fertilizers was investigated simultaneously. It was clarifed, that as well as a predecessors and granulometric content of soil essentially influenced utilization of the nitrogen fertilizers.
