The most popular beer types were tested for the histamine content, storage effects including. The subject of analysis were domestic types of beer botled or canned. Beer samples were subjected to analysis immediately after purchase and during 15 days' storage, in open containers, at room temperature. Raw materials and semi-products, such as: malt, hops, wort and yeasts, used for the production, were tested for the histamine content
