Calcium was applied as CaO before vegetation started. Nitrogen was added in the form of nitrate as a split application. Phenological observations vere made. Height and thickness of the current season stems were measured. It was found that there was no regular effect of calcium and nitrogen fertilization on the content of the chemical compounds studied in the fruits and leaves of raspberry. The content of dry matter and organic acids of the fruits and of macro nutrients of the raspberry leaves was not significantly influenced by the fertilizer treatments
