This study deals with the topical problems of entrepreneurial work. Its theoretical, methodological and practical background is based on the study of entrepreneurial structures in the food and agriculture complex. Therefore the purpose of this study is to define the enterprise base and its entrepreneurial structures in the food and agricultural complex as well as to characterize the entrepreneurial structures of selected entrepreneurial subjects, to emphasize their strengths and weaknesses, and to quantify the efficiency of entrepreneurial structures in the food and agriculture complex. We succeeded in achieving the aims set up at the beginning of our work and in confirming the hypothesis that under different production and economic conditions and proprietary relationships different types of organizational and entrepreneurial structures are being applied, while their efficiency growth is directly proportional to the capital concentration and qualification growth of top managers. The results of entrepreneurial structure analysis point to the outer turbulent environment and its impact on the behaviour of enterprises. The dynamization of entrepreneurial structures of food and agricultural complex resulted in the improved economic and financial indices of enterprises although these do not reach the required standard level. The study tries to characterize entrepreneurial structures of the selected entrepreneurial subjects and to describe their weaknesses and strengths. Therefore the study contains a special chapter dealing with theoretical and methodological issues where special attention is given to the principles of project work. The practical contribution of the study lies in the demonstration of particular entrepreneurial structures of the selected number of entrepreneurs. The results also point to the differences between entrepreneurial structures and entrepreneurial entities in particular. The example of entrepreneurial structures illustrates the possible application of dynamic entrepreneurial structures in food and agricultural complex. The study is a contribution to the development of the theory of entrepreneurial structures and activities in agriculture. The results achieved motivate to the deepening of theoretical knowledge in food and agriculture business activities. Therefore, there is the need to continue in the development of this sphere and develop the model projects of effective entrepreneurial structures
