1994
Sobko, A. | Tatskaya, V. | Kvatchoff, V. (The Institute of Veterinary Medicine (Ukraine))
0,001-0,005 percent retinoic acid introduction into the growth culture medium 12-24 h before inoculation of swine enterovirus and TGE virus increased substantially the cells sensitivity to these viruses. The yields of enterovirus and TGE virus in cultures treated with retinoic acid were 1,58 lg and 1,68 lg higher respectively. The optimum retinoic acid content and the treatment shedule in cells cultures used for virus reproduction are proposed.
