The invention is referred to the human nutrition, and is aimed at keeping the finished dishes in a hot state. Detailed description is given of the unit which is distinguished by using an intermediate carrier - silicone liquid with high thermoresistance and chemical inertness - for heating its water bath. The unit thus ensures savings in energy consumption, prolongs in-use life, eliminates heat inertness etc
