[Effect of exogenic viruses and DNA on spontaneous and induced mutagenesis in mammals' somatic cells]

As a result of the study, by the use of molecular-genetic and virological methods the mutagenicity in the system adenovirus-cell is studied. Expession of the early regulator operons E1A, E1B and E4 responsible for stimulation of replication and malignant transformation of the cells is revealed to be the primary factor of the mutagenicity and a change in the activity. Mutagenicity of the cell genes when influenced by viral genetic information turned to be the secondary one. Inhibiting reparative enzymes is an additive factor. A concept of regulating the mutagenicity under the influence of exogenic nucleotide sequences is formulated
