The basic methods of biophysical stimulation and/or separation of seeds and plants were examined. The first one is a dielectric seed stimulation and separation which is based upon water molecule position in seed and which is carried out by a dielectric separator. The second one is a resonant impulsive electromagnetic seed and plant stimulation that is an action of low energy impulsive electromagnetic waves, specific for each species, that activate the seed and plant enzymatic complexes. The same base is used for the third method, a resonant impulsive electromagnetic seed stimulation. The fourth method is a principle of "Golden Section" and "Keops Pyramid". The use of separator leads to more numerous germination (spinach 36%), young roots mass (maize 215%), sugar beet root yield (19%), sugar content (1.2%) and maize yield (17%). The use of the second method causes higher yield of soybean (Afrodita variety 34.9%), sugar content in sugar beet (1.81%) and maize yield (16.2%). The third method causes higher yield of soybean (20.4%), sunflower (19.4%), maize (18.7%) and wheat (24.6%). The last method causes higher yield of sunflower (13.5%) and soybean (24.7%).
