Genetic divergence of soybean genotypes (Glycine max (L.) Merr.)

In order to determine genetic diversity among 13 soybean genotypes (Glycine max (L.) Merr.), of different geographical origin, and assessment was conducted on the base of morphological traits, total amount of oil and proteins content in mature soybean seeds and molecular traits - polymorphism of DNA. Morphological markers, which were observed on this study, are the following: hypocotyl color, color, shape and size of leaf, growth habit, density, color and type of pubescence, flower color, natural modulation, color and glow of seed's surface and hilum color.
