A lot of essential plants exept of essential oil in separate part content triacilglicerols in seeds. There is obtained a glicerid oil from coriander seeds, bulgarian origin by the solvent extraction. The coriander essential oil previously was destilated from the seeds it was determinated the physico-chemical indexes, antioxidant stability of oil and ability to increase the stability of sunflower oil by mixing with coriander oil.
