Czech consumer behaviour on the meat market

The paper is focused on analysis of Czech consumers' behaviour on the meat market in the years 1997-1998. The behaviour analysis was done by standard microeconomic characteristics (marginal, average and elastic). A demand model had been created and statistically tested. The results indicate that Czech families bought in average 0.000808 kg of meat and meat products for 1 Czech crown of revenue.
