The carcass yield of male kids was 46.71 % and of female kids 48.63 %, i.e. insignificantly higher. The weight of the kidney of both sexes was virtually the same (0.06 kg for males and 0.07 kg for females). The average proportion of the leg and shoulder in the carcass and the proportion of the musculature in the right shoulder were insignificantly higher in the male kids.
