The district-heating systems for the heat-energy supply to the building consume substantial resources and the possibility to analyse the behaviour of the building as a part of the system is very important. The dynamic modelling of such a system may be simplified by using modelling software, such as MatLab. The model of the heat flows in the building and in the heating system and domestic water-heating system with heat-energy controllers has been developed.
