Due to its insufficiency and imperfection the current financial situation in Georgia can not ensure desirable effect. The problems could only be solved based on the state regulation of the processes necessarilly imposed on its initial stage. Actually it should be fullfilled through the establishment of the special agrocrediting system, that will lead to the special character of agricultural production and cease the capital moving from rural to urban areas providing necessary financial resorses to the sector.
