Having homogenized, dried at 105 degree celsius up to constant weight and degreased meat pulp containing soya it should be hydrolyzed into powder by 1,0 M HCl under standard conditions as well as under dried and oil-free soys granulate grist control. Utilizing the negligible carbohydrate contents of meat compared to soya, the quantity of glucose included in the hydrolysate is determined with the GOD-POD enzyme system through spectrography. Soya content expressed in per cent of the dehydrated and degreased meat product is calculated through identical measuring from the glucose absorbancy ratio of the hydrolysates
