According to results of investigations made in 25 towns of Hungary, Corytucha ciliate occurs in all 25 towns under study.Foci of this pest are in and around Budapest.The lowest infestation was found in mountains and in the North-East regions of Hungary.Corytucha ciliate is very sensitive to the temperature and its changes.Recommended insecticides are Nomolt 15 SC,Alsystin 25 WP,Decis 2,5 EC
