Effect of enzyme supplementation to barley containing Diets on the performance of laying Hens

A study was conducted to determine the effect of various levels of barley diets with or without enzyme complex supplementation on layer hens performance and egg quality. The diet treatments contained 0%, 20%, 40% and 60% barley with or without enzyme ( -glucanase, xylanase and alpha-amylase) supplementation. All diets were iso-nitrogenous and iso-caloric.
