Improvement of [Cow] milk taste by feeding "tofu" cake silage

It was examined that effect of feeding "Tofu" cake silage to dairy cattle on milk tastes, judged by a panel test. The milk which was produced from the silage fed cow was superior to the milk of raw "Tofu" cake fed cow in the aspects of sweetness, sharp taste, sourness and bitterness. And the silage fed cow produced the milk, contained lower somatic cell number. There was a high correlationship between sharp taste, sourness and bitterness or sweetness, flavor and body in the tested milk
