Changes in the appendix microflora structure and growth of the turkeys by the probiotical mixture Lactiferm L-50 and Lactiferm L-400 were evaluated. Weight, the number of Enterococcus faecium on selective agar for foecal enterococcy after 48-72 hours incubation at 37 deg C, the number of Escherichia coli germs on Endo's agar after 24-48 hours incubation at 37 deg C, the number of lactobacillus on Rogo's agar after 42 hours incubation at 37 deg C and activity of cellulase in the appendix chyme were estimated. The highest weight we received in the group, where we apply Lactiferm L-50 to forage-crop mixture. The biggest number of Enterococcus faecium germs was in group, where we to apply Lactiferm L-400 aerosol. The number of Escherichia coli germs is stabilized by the animal age in the appendix chyme. Supposed negative influence of probiotic premixes on number Escherichia coli cells was confirmed in the group with Lactiferm L-50 apply to forage-crop mixture. The biggest number of lactobacillus was confirm in the group with two premixes Lactiferm L-400 and Lactiferm L-50. On the base our results we can confirm the positive influence of the Enterococcus faecium M-74 on the cellulase activity in the appendix of turkeys
