The forest manager should think well ahead of the future expenses. The present expenses still keep being low with the respect to the price of manpower but in the future they will be several times higher. The forest properties with an average harvest below 3.5 cubic m per hectare balance on the edge of survival. One way of solution is to adopt the growth - supporting regulations eventually to introduce the inner tax on exploiting the natural resources, to redistribute the differential rent
