Investigation on storage of Mileda F1 eggplant grown in Antalya region

In this study, cold storage possibilities of Mileda F1 eggplants grown in Antalya region were investigated. For this purpose, fruits was packed in perforated polyethylene (PE) bags, the second group of fruits was packed in nonperforated PE bags containing NaCl, the third group of fruits was wrapped by stretch film and the samples were stored at 8 deg, 10 deg and 12 deg C temperature with 90-95% relative humidity in cold rooms
