From the fluctuation of agricultural product price in the world market which influenced the domestic output price, the government had necessary to change development policy from agricultural country to industrial country. These things reduced importance in agricultural sector in large scale. However, the production of sugar cane continued to increase, while the other economic crops, particularly rice and corn substantially declined. The objective of this study was to study sugar cane supply responses and to estimate price elasticity of sugar cane supply by using ordinary least square method. The results from study showed that lagged price of sugar cane was the main factor effecting the farmer's sugar cane supply responses. If consider the elasticities, the elasticities of sugar cane supply with respect to lagged price of sugar cane of Whole kingdom, Northeast, North, Central and West were 0.987, 1.138, 0.666, 1.767 and 2.231, respectively.
